For the most part of leftist views, I'm a non-practicing member of the New Democratic Party (a social democratic party in case any non-Canadians are reading this) i.e. I don't attend meetings. I have done extensive work as a research writer, but am aiming for a career as a high school teacher, with freelance writing as a sideline, since I don't have the drive to try to make a living at it.
